TOBAGO BAY by Tobougg – This 3-year old gelding has really been the star of the show of late, already winning two out of three hurdle races and running the race of his life at Goodwood recently. OR JAUNE (Fr) by Grand Tressor - Fontwell Park Racing –This big, powerful 5-year old, who has already won four out of 9 races, is now back in full training at trainer Gary Moore’s. He was ‘ticked-over’ during the summer when the ground was unsuitable but with autumn now firmly upon us he will hopefully be back on the track very soon. ENTHUSIUS by Generous – Fontwell Park Racing – ENTHUSIUS made an appearance at our recent Owners Summer BBQ and I’m sure all owners will agree he looked great! CLEAR DAYLIGHT by DAYLAMI – After his race at Beverley, CLEAR DAYLIGHT’S jockey reported that the horse had struggled to catch his breath during the race. As a result we had the UK’s leading respiratory vet, Geoffrey Lane, give him a thorough inspection. He has had a small operation and should be a different horse next time out. EYE FOR THE GIRLS by BERTOLINI – This big, powerful 2-year colt, a half brother to SOUTH CAPE & RELATVIE ORDER has now been named – and we think it really suits him! Trainer Mick Channon is hopeful to have this fellow on the track soon if “he just stops growing!” - already standing at 16hh we are confident he will make a decent sort in his prime. PRIMA FONTEYN by IMPERIAL DANCER – Being a somewhat quirky filly who has been difficult to train in a large operation, her Owners decided a change in scenery may help get the best out of the filly. She has now moved to Sheena West’s in East Sussex who has worked wonders with our very own TOBAGO BAY. The filly is working better than ever on the gallops and her next race is planned for November. WHITE STAR (Show Jumping Horse) – This horse has been a revelation since coming to England and has proved a bargain buy for his owners as we have recently received offers of £120,000 for this young show jumper. All offers have been declined as we are off to Belgium for the International Young Horse Championship during the Autumn! WHITE STAR recorded an impressive 2nd in the Newcomers class last weekend and followed that up with an assured double clear in the Foxhunters class.
