Moshahed - by a Derby winner out of a mare by a Derby winner

Moshahed, a 5yo gelding by the Derby winner Nashwan out of a Roberto mare. Moshahed is also a winner of an Irish point to point (video below) and has already had two trips over fences.

His trainer, Brendan Powell says "This beautifully bred, athletic horse has already proved he can jump. I intend to let him have a short break to allow him to mature into his big frame. We are confident there is a great deal of fun to come with this fellow. I see him as a 3 mile plus chaser and a possible "National Horse"

This big baby always gives 110% effort with his jumping. 
Moshahed has already won a point-to-point over in Ireland. The picture (right) shows him jumping with plenty left in the tank before going on to win by 8 lengths.
