On 1st
August 2010 120 owners and guests visited our stud at Beggars Barn
in Framfield for our annual get together and thank you. Guests
spent a very pleasant afternoon getting to know each other and
talking horses. The atmosphere was enhanced by RED YARN'S win the
previous evening and MOHANAD'S excellent second at Market Rasen was
shown on the big screen. The pregnant AUNT RUBY, dam of SOUTH CAPE,
EYE FOR THE GIRLS and RED YARN was a star attraction alongside
LUCKY DICE, dam of THE SHUFFLER and our unnamed 2 year old. Their
yearling sons, currently known as only as Ken and Paddy, also
enjoyed the attention and carrots!
Guests of
honour were FRUITY O'ROONEY and OR JAUNE. Both have spent their
summer holidays at Framfield and everyone present was delighted
with how well they looked. They have been doing gentle walking and
trotting for the last few weeks and will head back to Gary Moore's
yard in the next few weeks to be prepared for the jumps season

We really
enjoyed the occasion and it was lovely to see so many Owners in
attendance. Thank you for all the messages we have had since,
